Which circulation figure is used for entering classes in each category?
It is vital to the integrity of the contest that you use the correct circulation figure for your newspaper.
The Ontario Community Newspapers Association uses the latest audited or sworn average total circulation figure for your edition we have on record.
Once you have chosen your newspaper on the Create Account page, the circulation number we have on record will be shown at the bottom of the page. This will be the number used to place your newspaper in the correct categories for entries. The online entry system will only allow you to enter the categories you are eligible for.
